Submission of deliverables Minimize
Deliverables embody and promulgate the results of a project. They are specified in Annex 1 to the contract in terms of type, content, and timing. All deliverables, unless they are in themselves documents (e.g., a technical Report), must be accompanied by some descriptive documentation to explain their purpose and role within the context of the project. All deliverables should be clearly identifiable as pertaining to the project, and all contributors should be named.

Delieverables either
(1)
represent important intermediate results that other members of the project consortium are supposed to build on, or
(2) represent important results offered to the wider scientific community or public, and serving as basis for future publications.
 
The ACTRIS WP leaders are requested to provide a written document for each deliverable in a separate file. The deliverables should be prepared using the ACTRIS Deliverable template! When the deliverable is not a report, please provide any available supporting material that can document it ( e.g. photograph, URL, etc.).

Delivery date: due before the end of the respective month. In case of delays with respect to the original delivery date, please justify correspondingly and indicate  recommended actions to correct the deviation.
